Memories and Legacy, Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory

In some cultures the wearing of a black arm band or all black attire signifies that the wearer is in mourning  or wishes to identify with the commemorization of a comrade who has died.

Grief can be all consuming. Sometimes when we are grieving a loss, we are forced to "bottle up those feelings" or "move on." These two phrases are hard for people to accept. We are forced to deal with all sorts of grief throughout our lives; friends, relatives, our beloved pets and list just keeps growing. THE MEMORY WRISTBAND is a way of keeping memories and legacy alive. Each time you glance down and see the wristband, recall different memories.

Although we often get used to wearing the same jewelry, each time you see the black band with bold white letters "REMEMBER" allow yourself time to remember. If you see someone else wearing THE MEMORY WRISTBAND, know that they have also suffered a loss. We live in a small community and we need to stand by our neighbors through the good times and the hard times.
